On this episode, I interview Dr. Gail Dechman, who is a faculty member & researcher at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. Dr. Dechman talks about the Indirect 1 Repetition Maximum test, a feasible and valid test for assessing muscle strength in pulmonary rehabilitation.
